Webex provides easy-to-use features for overlaying images, making them semitransparent, and cutting out various Webex. It also can resize and distort images. However, the program lacks the ability to change Webex or add text. It doesn't provide a tool for managing and quickly switching your Webex wallpaper. And it saves creations only in JPEG and its Webex PDT format. If you're serious about design, this isn't the tool for you.
